It's a good shop but this particular branch has had issues for over a month with heating and lighting the ground floor, I've seen lots of people having to use their phone for light to read product description. Frankly this is why I scored it two stars, for the length of time you would assume they would do essential building repairs, promptly. - Thomas Bridger Review added: 2018.01.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service visited yesterday to exchange some paint they sent us down stairs to customer services to make the exchange we had to wait in a long que whilst whilst other staff were standing around doing nothing when we finally got served the lady on the till gave us a refund but told us to go to another till to make our purchase. Such bad customer service we left 100 pounds worth of stock in the aisle and walked out.
