- Rob Gill Review added: 2018.07.22★ ★ ★ ★ ★From the first contact with Vivienne at their office in Bournemouth to John leaving the property at 20.30 - yes half past eight at night - the expereince was one of total reassurance. I had a disaster with an oil based paint being dripped on a relatively new rust coloured carpet - from the second floor down to the front door (so not too much!).
John fitted in a very prompt visit to assess the problem and proved that he could remvoe the paint.
As my clients were due back the following week he made arrangements to fit me in - estimating 5-6 hours would be needed. Suffice it to say that eight and a half hours later, the hole I had been in had been filled and the place looked stunning.
Old fashioned service which was worth every penny.
