- SARAH EVE FRIGOT Review added: 2018.08.28★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Coulson are a lettings agents only I would recommend for people in a situation where they cannot afford to or not able to use a standard agent as They are more flexible and reasonable with letting to people. I think they are not very welcoming or easy to deal with overall though, they also charge quite high tenancy and exit fees. The maintenance and updates of their property is also not very good.

Please read reviews before choosing her. Ignore all the reviews above 1 ⭐️ because she has personally had these written to try and make herself look good! This woman is the worst person I have ever met. STAY WELL CLEAR! SHE HAS NO HEART.
