They'll constantly give you your server information and refuse to help you fix your problems and instead just try to prove why you're wrong. I showed them a picture that my console wasn't working and they just showed me a picture of my console from their end. Their staff has no sense of grammar and makes them seem very unprofessional and childish. The support team takes too long to respond to any problem you may have and gives terrible support. Even though it's cheap, do not use GTS Gaming unless you know how to fix your own problems.
*Edit* I acted aggressive because you didn't train your people. I sent a picture of *my* side of the console showing that I couldn't see ANYTHING and you people kept saying it was working fine. You are ignorant and don't understand your own admin panel. Please learn how to use that before you try to tell me that I am doing something wrong hmm? And also, very childish that you deleted my account because you got butthurt for proving your ignorance. Get some grammar Andy. I know this is you. And also, what threats? I never made ANY threats. I said I'd tell people that you don't know what you're doing. If you think that is a threat you have to be a child.
Oh, recent news came in, they are now robbing me for said cancelled server. So yeah, get your heads out of your asses or we will battle you.
