Made an appointment to see houses on a Saturday at 12pm. Agents confirmed the booking, sent an email and SMS to confirm the booking.
Comes to Saturday, get to the first house to meet the agent at 12pm, doesnt arrive on time, I'm waiting there for 30 mins with 3 other people viewing the house. During the 30 mins, I tried calling the contact number I was given on the email and SMS, tried called the offices. Nothing.
I go to check their website to see if their offices in Winton are open, says they're till 1pm on Saturdays. So I get to their office on Winton highstreet at 12:40, to see the offices are closed and not a sign that anyone was ever at work there on the saturday.
Terrible customer service, confirms house viewings without any intention of actually going to show up. 0 intention of picking up their work phone on a saturday either. Myself and another in our group travelled down from London just for the day to see the houses, complete waste of our time.
Watch Knights come and reply to this comment trying to justify their actions. You can't justify anything to me m8. Enjoy ur review
