- Lisa Thomas Review added: 2018.10.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Needed to pick up a replacement electric key from this store as instructed by my power provider, I phoned them to let them know I would be coming and where about were they as I only had the name of the shop...the lady that answered spoke in broken English but was very rude she said 'no electric key coming here' and hung up on me, I was desperate as had no electric all night...I then rang again she hung up on me again, I rang once more and she obviously put the phone into voicemail. Disgusting!!! I had to walk 2 miles to another store to get a replacement key....shame on you! Learn to understand and speak bloody English!!! And not be so damn rude and unhelpful, would not recommend this shop for anything.
