- Ben Battaglia Review added: 2018.10.20★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Took my laptop for repair, told me they would contact within 2-3 days, we waited 2 weeks without response and called them to ask what was happening. Seems like they hadn't even taken a look at the laptop at all, and when they finally did we were told that they couldn't repair it, but paid the fee for checking. Although the customer service in store was ok, the repair service was pretty useless.
