- A Google User Review added: 2018.01.30★ ★ ★ ★ ★Kirsty's classes are really good fun and she is a great motivator! The routines and music change regularly so that you always target those problem areas and you don't have to worry about getting the moves wrong or feel that you have to keep up with everyone else - we are all Mums who have the same problem areas and want to get fit in a fun environment. I have really enjoyed all the classes I have been to and genuinely notice the difference in how I am toning up which is ultimately why I joined in the first place!
