- Andrew Dodds Review added: 2018.04.20★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very pleasant. The hotel is clean and comfortable rather than extravagant, but it does all the basics well. We ate our dinner there on our first night and the quality was excellent (frankly better than expected) and only cost us £17 for 3 courses. Service was very attentive. Breakfasts were very good as well - the standard hotel breakfast range is provided, but the sausages and bacon were of excellent quality, plus they got the fried eggs right, which most hotels don't. We also used the onsite pool, which is big enough to swim useful lengths in. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout.
